The Guest House is only a few minutes walk from the village centre and the local restaurants. Lake Windermere and Bowness are just a fifteen minute stroll down the hill. The train / coach station are a ten minute walk away and public transport for local areas runs regularly from Ellerthewaite Square at end of the road.

Private parking is available at the rear of the building, with many walks, sports and cycling routes nearby.
