Check-in / check-out
Check-in can be any reasonable time by prior agreement but we request an approximate
time of arrival prior to your stay so that we can try to ensure there is someone
to welcome you.
Check-out time is 10.00hrs.
If you are travelling by public transport we are usually able to let you leave
luggage to collect later in the day.
Cancellation policy
The deposit paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before your booking will not be liable for the
total balance. Cancellations made after 14 days or failing to take up the booking
without cancelling will be liable for the total amount.
You may wish to take out
cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good
broker.
We accept debit and credit cards - American Expresss, Visa, MasterCard,
Electron, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Connect - we do not charge a commission for credit
card use.
