Booking & Cancellation Terms
Payment
A deposit equal to the cost of the first night is required.
The remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled less than 56 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay may be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount may be made.
Conditions of Stay
Guests must complete a health declaration and give contact details.
Guests must check in at a time arranged between 4:30pm and 7:30pm and check out at a time arranged between 9:00am and 10:30am.
If the rear parking is used please walk around the road to enter by the front door.
Guests are to familiarise themselves with the Fire Procedure and extra precautions to guard against the transmission of Covid-19.
There are no facilities for pets at Haisthorpe House.
Extra persons (including children and babies) beyond those booked are not to stay overnight in the room.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the house or gardens. Please go beyond the gate for this purpose.
Please do not wash clothes in the room, a laundry service is available in the village.
The outside seating may be used for take away food but please do not bring hot food into the house and take all rubbish to the bin at the public car park entrance.
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am.
